FINISH: long, with a lingering fruit finish
  • Nose: apple pie, fresh cream, pastry crust, and candlewax
  • Taste: boston cream doughnuts, fruit salad, a little pepper, and malty sherry
  • Finish: medium, but sweet; fresh-baked egg tarts
